Lemon Vitality - 3-5 Drops in 12 ounces of water first thing every morning
DiGize - Apply 1-2 Drops over tummy 
1 Serving of Balance Complete 
Drink 2-4 ounces of NIngXia Red

Mid Morning Snack - Choose 1 of the following:
Fresh Fruit - Apple, Pear, Orange, Plum, Peach, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Strawberries, etc. 
(serving size approximately 1 cup)
2 tablespoons Raw Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Cashews, Mixed Nuts
1 Serving Slique Tea

12 ounces of water with 1 drop Peppermint Vitality
1 Serving of Balance Complete
2-4 ounces of NingXia Red

Mid Afternoon Snack - Choose 1 from the Following:
1 Cup of Fresh, Non-Starchy Vegetables (or combination of)
Broccoli, Asparagus, Green Beans, Celery, Cucumbers, Carrots, Chopped Salad, etc.
1 Cup Unsweetened Yogurt
1 Slique Bar

1 Serving Balance Complete
2-4 ounces NingXia Red

Evening Snack - Choose from the Following:
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
1 Piece of Fresh Fruit: Orange, Apple, Peach, Pear, Nectarine, Plum
1 Cup Grapes
1 Cup Vegetable Broth

Be sure to drink a MINIMUM of half your weight in ounces of water:*
If you weigh 150 pounds that would be 75 ounces which is approximately 5 water bottles.
This is in addition to the 12 ounces with the Lemon and Peppermint Vitality Oils.

Do this Cleanse for 3 days a minimum of once every 3 months to enhance wellness.
