In going through a class this past week on supporting the adrenal system, I discovered some fascinating things.
For starters, the adrenal glands sit directly above the kidneys. In dealing with the nephrologist this past month,
he mentioned that people often complain about their kidneys hurting ~ he said kidneys don't hurt, therefore it stands
to reason that oftentimes it is the adrenals that need support and not the kidneys. (although all systems are connected
so supporting one system will help all the others)
Some of the other factors mentioned were:
Relieve STRESS as much as possible
HYDRATE
Address EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
