This time of year can be filled with many stressors; however, we can be proactive in our approach implementing the following strategies.

Hydrate   Hydrate   Hydrate
An easy and tasty way to increase your water intake is to add Vitality Oils to your water.
A drop or two of Lemon Vitality in room temperature water will do amazing things for the digestive process.
A drop of Peppermint Vitality in your water bottle and drink that throughout the day will create feelings of focus and keep head tension at bay.
A drop or two of Thieves Vitality in a cup of warm water with a little honey and a drop of Lemon Vitality is so soothing to the body and builds up the Immune System.
Strive to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water every day.
(if you weigh 100 pounds drink 50 ounces of water per day)
