Vitamin C is one of the best immune boosters ever.  
If you are listening/watching the news in any way, shape, or form, 
you may be hearing about how beneficial Vitamin C is.

Green Chile is very high in Vitamin C, as is Salsa

Sauerkraut is another product that is very high in Vitamin C.
Sauerkraut is one of those "love it or hate it" type of food.  
There is no in-between with this one haha
I happen to like it; straight up in a sandwich; mixed with diced weiners.
